This album made me realize how much of a better clean vocalist Spencer was than Aaron.

I'd kill for a remaster of the last two albums with Spencer on cleans.

I havent seen them live since like 07 so idk how spencers cleans would be live compared to aarons. But on the record they are a much better fit for their sound than aarons were.

The final three albums are all fantastic but my personal fave is still probably 'Lost...' (was DTGL for a long time) however disambiguation is a monster album, so much heavy groove and very dark, it gets better with each listen, I agree the cleans sound great here and suit the dark tone of the record to perfection.

'In completion' my new fave song from this record. What a way to end an album/career (before the 2 best of tracks). Just leaves me wanting more...

This album was the biggest disappointment of 2010 in my opinion. I loved the first two with Spencer, in fact Define The Great Line is a 5, but Lost in the Sound of Separation was ok. This one was a huge disappointment because there were no original Underoath members and let's face it the Norma Jean drummer is not as good as Aaron Gillespie.

First statement is just stupid. Second statement I disagree with.

This is tied for their best.
