This isn't a bad album but it just doesn't have as much energy as Static Tensions. I listened to the whole thing and enjoyed most of it, and then my iTunes rolled into Scapegoat and I immediately started headbanging to the drum riff...it's going to gain Kylesa a lot of new fans who were put off by the harsh vocals of previous efforts but I'm pretty disappointed by how most of the songs just chill for three or four minutes without ever breaking out. It's kinda the same effect as listening to Mastodon's Jonah Hex EP.

Yeah, It's not their best song ever, but it's still pretty damn great dude.

great band/album although I don't get the whole "2 drummers" thing. It doesn't seem to really add anything to the music IMO and wouldn't having two drumsets just make it harder for the band to perform in small venues (and you know they do lol)?
