I fail to see your point...

Seriously, this band is still around?
I remember chuckling at the name when I saw it on my Stolar Tracks compilation I got when I was a kid in the early 90s.

I love these guys. One bad album doesn't erase the last twenty years of great releases and cool remixes for other bands.

And if you want proof just listen to the albums Satyricon and Storm The Studio

I like those but I'm partial to Subliminal Sandwich and Actual Sounds + Voices (or whatever it's called).

Yeah, both are solid 4's for me

I'm not sure if my review was re-featured for a reason or if someone just didn't know that it had already been featured and that I had actually bumped it off myself.

I haven't heard that one in a long time, but I can't think of any bad/average MBM albums (except this one).

my favorite MBM is 'At The Center', 'Subliminal Sandwich' is a close second.

OK, I have read several reviews of this album and they all essentially don't like this one. Having been an MBM fan since the early 90s, I respectfully disagree with all of them.
Is this album predictable? Yes. Is it a mixture of industrial and dub-step, well, OK. But are the huge beats/thunderous bass a casualty? Absolutely not.
Not if you have a decent set of speakers in your house or car.
Like many MBM albums (and many of my favorite albums I might add), repeated listens garner a greater respect to what Dangers is really doing here in this album. It is such a departure from earlier work that, in my opinion, this album is a welcome reinvention of the MBM psyche. The textures under the bass lines are hypnotic and not predictable. There is the indelible feel of MBM, but you're taken on a completely different journey.
My take? Kick back, crank up the bass, and soak. This album is one of the better ones MBM.

But are the huge beats/thunderous bass a casualty? Absolutely not. Absolutely. He lost what made MBM unique.
Not if you have a decent set of speakers in your house or car I do and there's just nothing going on. There are so many bands that do this better and I respect him for trying, but it didn't really work out.
