like it or not, this is definitely the direction music of the future is taking
just sounded like regular sufjan release albeit slightly less happy sounding with a few electronic elements to me. nothing too groundbreaking.

no definitely not groundbreaking, I just mean music definitely seems to be drifting towards using more and more electronics, especially in radio pop music like lady gaga and such.

word I feel you

I had this epiphany that at with the never-ending chant of "boy we can do so much more together, it's not so impossible" that sufjan is forever expanding the boundaries of art and that this album is really just a statement that music is a celebration and that people should murder the confines of it and make true art out of it and all this nonsense

but yeah this album is really fun.

"I can't tell if you're some sort of genius or totally full of shit, which, ironically, also sums up my relationship with Sufjan and this album."

Think about it. Bits of pig > bits of dog. It's like survival of the fittest propaganda. Mind blown?
