yeah I think that's the only release of theres i haven't checked out

however I found Drugs To The Dear Youth to be nice and energetic, though not exactly reinventing the wheel.

"you seem to follow me around everywhere and insult me."
I happen to catch you around, the insulting part is fun :]

I listened to this yesterday and didn't care for it much

the one thing nick said when they first released Idioms was that he was happy to get away from doing finger tapping on guitar and that there wasn't one tapped note on Idioms Vol 1

interesting. a bit bummed about the lack of jazz, though that's not really why I don't enjoy the album too much. hopefully they'll

nail the sound on their next record.

edit: oh and thanks east 8]

I think they got the instrumentation and the vocals SPOT ON. They took a pretty bold step to an area in math rock where others have failed, and hit it RIGHT ON THE DICK.

What's the fun in math rock if it all sounds like Giraffes Giraffes and Hella.

it's time for a review for the majority. this thread makes it seem everyone on sputnikmusic thinks the album is meh, but the rating sez otherwise.
