Hm. Hesitant about this. I enjoyed Walking with Strangers, is this similar enough for me to like it?

Judging by the sound clips, this definitely has more in common with Strangers than anything else the band has put out

It has a lot more in common with Strangers than Violet. It almost could be described as what Strangers was shooting for but they were worried about upsetting fans of Violet so they compromised.

But I prattled on about these guys too, and I don't like most metalcore.

The way you prattled on about this band, I assumed they were some bad metalcore band with synths and breakdowns galore, you know like the kind of stuff you normally listen to. Was pretty surprised when I checked them out
