Again; valid (if general) point, not as black & white as that, but a fair bit of truth to it.
I think singles play a huge role in the cohesion of an album full stop. But yeah, you're talking more about the listening process, which I agree with. I can't recall the last time I used shuffle.

DaveyBoy they are fun to see live i have seen them 5 times (a bit obsessive but they come around my area alot lol) and they have amazing stage presence and are very interactive with the crowd, Jessie (the singer for those who dont know) always jumps into the crowd for Shoot it out and sometimes for wasteland. I admit the Album has grown on me some i really like a couple of them and despise a couple others. I had very high hopes for this album thats probably why i am not to fond of it

I am not even certain they have been to Australia before, so I hope they get down here next year some time.
And I can understand the high expectations & resultant disappointment. It's difficult to disregard the expectations factor sometimes.

The genres are fairly even too: 4 nu-metal'ish songs, 4 radio-rock songs & 3 that are a little more alternative.
