I don't think it's that bad, but it's definitely the worst thing on here.

Paul finally got rid of the annoying tone in his voice.

I know, he sounds great, I was worried they were gonna make another "Broken Road", which is probably my least favorite song by them.

Chris Daughtry co-wrote that song.

I know, it would've sounded better as a Daughtry song. It didn't fit Paul's voice at all.

On a similar note, I wish Daughtry's last album didn't suck. He needs to make heavier things that fit his voice.

Tell about it. You Don't Belong is great and then it's a snoozefest. It's a shame too, cause he has a fantastic voice. At least they tried to mix it up a bit more on the debut.

What I Want still gets plays from me every now and again.

There and Back Again was my favorite. It's the only fast song they've ever written and in my opinion their best. But yeah, What I Want is pretty good too.

From which album? I've only listened to all of his debut.

Just got this in the mail, it's a 3.5 for me at the moment, it may change. They're good songs but they lack the energy of their previous work.

Three years after the release of their 3rd LP 'Anthem for the Underdog', Louisiana rockers 12 Stones refine its proposed follow-up down to 5 track EP 'The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday'. There is nothing too surprising contained within these 17 odd minutes, as the quintet look to balance their aggressive & accessible sides to suit every fan they have picked up along the way. To that extent, they succeed, with all songs here being rather distinguishable from each other. Ultimately though, it's just another fairly dated, but fan-friendly, post-grunge release which won't change anyone's opinion of 12 Stones. Recommended Tracks: Welcome to the End, Enemy & Disappear.
