Here in the states, it's Aqua by a longshot. Aqualung and Locomotive Breath are easily their two most popular tracks.

This was my second Tull after one listen to Aqualung, had no problems getting into it. Just make sure you can set aside 40 minutes to listen to the music and also have the lyrics in front of you, they're really rewarding to go through (got quite possibly my favorite opening lines ever).
