But that's a bit of a trademark of thrash, isn't it? Simple strong structures and repeating parts to create easy to remember songs.

Thats why it's so good. It's thrash, but really technical and melodic. It has a basis in thrash but it builds on it with other styles. That's what I find so attractive about it. I love thrash but I also love melodeath and prog metal, and Sylosis combine them together.

Just listened to "After Lifeless Years" and I am really digging this band big time. Downloading the full album right now. Damn, I'm quite excited. Almost reminds me of All That Remains mixed with Threat Signal.
