I think if anything this review popping up only reminded people to check this out for the most part, haha

in the last line I wouldn't really describe any of the guitar layers as 'sludgy'

just pointing that out :33

That's just what came to mind...I suppose dense or thick would be more appropriate, but I just felt sludge somehow defined the wall of sound effect that ends the song/album(even though it's usually not used in that sense). It almost reminds me of the end of Jane Doe, just every musician completely killing their instrument to create such a huge, climaxing sound.

I don't think I listened this band until about a half hour ago. Random acquisition turned out to be a success.

(to balls)When you're done with this one, you should really check out their debut. A lot more hardcore in nature, the guitars are a

lot faster and have dissonant sections(though still very heavy on the post-rock factor).

My favorite song of theirs is still Les Hommes Sans Visage from their split with Daitro.

And you're probably right Slightly, I'll put in a different word. Sludgy is a bit awkward sounding, anyhow

I actually need to check out both that split and Daitro themselves. Satiata are pretty much the only French Screamo band I know, but it gives a great impression.

Once again, Slightly is triumphant in responding first(atleast with the same answer)

edit: Ugh the part in the third track where the vocals echo over the guitar drones is so perfect. His clean singing is really

impressive.
