Told what, that Noisia are breaks influenced? You've heard this album, you should know

I'm finally listening. This isn't what I expected. There are a ton of bands with a similar sound on Jamendo.com (it's a free music site).

Trey this sucks right? Save for a couple tracks.

And I think I might check out their older stuff.

What were you expecting?

Boring-ass house music.

I won't say this sucks yet. The drum&bass on the second track is cool (I love me some D&B).

Checked it out, good album! Solid party album I can actually appreciate and listen to instead of relegating to background noise. Might bump up to a 4 after a few listens

Bloc & Trey: You two sadden me. I've spent a few hours on Jamendo in the past, great way to search for up and upcoming artists

If you've been on Jamendo let me suggest searching for Grace Valhalla and StrangeZero (they just released a new one). I can't sadden you yet, by the way. I'm only three tracks in. The third track is decent.

Never heard of this site, but I will look into it.

I would honestly be so happy if the album was full of BOOM UHN TISS BOOM BLAU WOM WOM WOM but it wasn't. There were a whole bunch of tracks that just seemed like filler.

You mean Shitbox? Its only an interlude, but the drop in it is massive. StrangeZero is potentially my next review, unless Diamond Eyes streams soon

You going to do the new StrangeZero? If you are, let me know and I'll put a few tracks on the staff blog at the same time that you post it.

Somberlain: Yeah i've pretty busy at work the last week, so kinda been laying low as well. Good to be back though! This won't be your thing man, but cheers for the pos. Much appreciated.

Trey: Give me a day or two and it should be up. Gotta catch up on some album adds first ;)

Got ya. I had to turn this off. It was a combination of things. First, this was pretty boring (IMO) and second I just got the upcoming KMFDM remix album for the record label -- I have priorities ;)

BAHA

But ugh, not a fan of KMFDM though.

I also got Wumpscut - Siamese, System Syn - Strangers, Claire Voyant - Claire Voyant, and Ego Likeness - Breedless.

Anyway, this album is just kind of conventional to me. It sounds like a bad attempt at The Prodigy's "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned". Bringing all the old and new elements into a mish-mash of… stuff.
