As much as I love DT (and I sincerely do!), this is my least favorite. I despise "Take The Time". However, "Metropolis" owns all, as does "Under a glass Moon".

I know, I know. Cant help it. Ive tried. Thats not to say I hate Dream Theater cus Im a big DT nerd (even got the Awake demos and such), but maaaan, I dont know why everybody pretty much regards this as their best, when clearly to me I listen to it the least (well maybe not, Falling Into Infinity might be that and even thats a damn good album). So in short, good album, one of my least favorites. Theres not a bad record in the DT catalog.

Very very good album, nothing short of amazing. Under a Glass Moon is my favorite with Metropolis coming in a close second. I'm still torn on surrounded, sometimes I think its a sh** song but other times I think its alright.

i just listened to Learning to Live for the first time and was amazed. if Dream theater could make all their songs that good they would be the best

I'm listening to this and just realised that this album is hella lot better than the other 3 DT albums ive listened to, may have to bump rating.

This is one of their best, if not their absolute best
