Of the bands that come from New Zealand, Ulcerate is one of the few that is truly a great joy to listen to.

To DBlitz-That may have sounded a little too harsh, but in retrospect Gorguts wasn't exactly progressive in any sense, and they were largely overshadowed by their other death metal peers during their career like Suffocation.

I tried to hold off on weighing in on this, but whatever. I have no issue with relating a band's music to where they're from; in fact, a lot of times I think it can really enhance a review. But connect it to the music, please. I know you meant no harm, that's just a piece of advice. If you're going to bring up that Ulcerate is from New Zealand, talk about the death metal scene there or how coming from that scene has affected their sound.
