i wouldnt say its one of my favs but it is pretty incredible and has a certain atmosphere on it i dont think they've captured since
its like this super super full pulsating muck in sound form. i remember having it on while driving around at midnight alone one night and it felt like what i'd imagine wading through a really thick swamp would be like

dont expect it to be anything like sj/mpp or their other later stuff. idk how much old anco you've listened to but its way fucking weirder and noisier and all over the place, though once all the crazy experimentation sets in it really hits you hard tbh

yeah idk given some of the stuff you're into you might really like it honestly. if it doesn't work for u right away i would recommend listening to sung tongs or spirit they're gone to sort of warm up to the sorts of ideas they're working with here. or listen to more of their later work. honestly do whatever ancos the best band ever probably u cant go wrong just get to campfire/danse/centipede after everything else
