I think I agree with the rating. This might be better than Miss Machine. And I fucking hated Ire Works. A lot.
The hook in one of the last songs (title escapes me, I'm lazy and cant bother look it up) is so good, the one that's all "....so fast, the something you cling to will not last)

I think it's kind of sad that Dillinger is leaving that slight tinge of grind influence behind... No more Panasonic Youth or Jim Fear
But... regardless I'm sure it's still a damn good album.
