Don't even bother with For The Revolution if you've already listened to this because you'll be like "What the hell?!"

This is tied with the new Immolation for my favorite album so far this year.

Hook the Monster may be the most badass song Kalmah has ever done.

Great album.

Hook the Monster has the most badass riff on the album. And I love the way the band pronounces "Hook" in the chorus. It just sounds all epic and Finnish and whatnot.

I have been looking forward to this over pretty much all other metal releases this year, I'm glad to see such a positive review for it. Buying it now.

Not to turn this thread into a broken record, but Hook the Monster is MELTING MY FACE OFF OF MY SKULL.

It's the riffs, man. They're dangerous.

Great album. I'm having my #1 album of 2010 spot reserved for the new Kamelot/Solution .45 record but this will post likely end up high in the list.

Riffs and solos are ace.

The band put up a video for the title track on youtube. Pretty rugged and manly if I do say so myself.

Tongue-in-cheek videos are always the best. Seriously, they air guitar the solo with rifles. How fucking epic.

^ To get that link working, paste it and take out everything past the % mark. Crysis not sure if you can edit it. The closing "a" tag is effing it up. Awesome video.

Well, this is enjoyable but these guys present ideas that are as stale as month old bread. Review is excellent.

Sure, it may be nothing new, but this so god-damn rock solid and enjoyable I can't see myself ever getting bored with it.

Wow! These guys fail to disappoint. Easily the most consistent band out there. For The Revolution was still quality metal in my opinion but is by far their weakest. Great mixture of Swampsong and Black Waltz. A+

BTW, did anyone see the video for 12 Guage? Fucking retarded but funny nonetheless.
