This album sucks. Badly. Can someone please explain to me how this shit appeals to anyone that is not currently under the influnce of a massive dose of a heavy psychotropic substance? Maybe it's a creeper, but I have a feeling another couple of listens will not change my opinion of this. Hopefully the rest of their catlogue is better, because this certainly does not bode well.

I'm listening to "Here Comes The Indian" now. It's even worse than this. And how am I a pinhead? I'm pretty open-minded, but this stuff is literally just noise-collages. It's like if the Beatles made a career based around the sound of "Revolution 9." Except that song is better than anything I've heard thus far from this group.

Listened to this one in bed but couldn't fall asleep because it was so damn fascinating listening to the gentle acoustic strums and the outdoor sound effects, as well as trying to decode the lyrics and only being able to come up with "So still, doggy" and "Taking care of business."
