If I didn't hear Boxer before this then it would have probably been the hardest to get into for me too. This is also the album I listen to the least out of the big 4 albums they've done so far.

I actually started listening to them after they released HV and I remember the night I did, I was so blown away that I listened to all their albums one after another starting with HV going backwards. What struck me though was that they kept getting less and less accesible as I kept listening. HV was an instant 5.

probably, i started with HV and it took a long time to get into that. this was a grower to me too
