Just bumped up the rating.

My good friend kept getting at me to warm up to this album and finally I did. Sitting at a 3.25, but who knows where it'll go.

I registered an account on one of the bigger AFI boards like 5 years ago, might see if there's anything going on there now/join in on the speculation

I wasn't feeling this album when it first came out. I've been listening to it lately but I still can't find anything exceptional within. There are almost more bad songs than good ones but the good ones are very AFI. Songs like Torch Song and Medicate are just bad in my eyes. I love Darling, I Want To Destroy You and Veronica Sawyer Smokes. If the album was more like that then this would have easily at least been a 4 for me but since its not I'm gonna have to give it a 3 due to more wack songs than actual good ones. I hope the new album is something more like their last 3 albums before this. Those albums are just classic. I think these guys just lost something during the making of this album. I don't know if it was inspiration or just a lack of good songwriting this time around but hopefully they realize that something was missing in this album, it just felt kind of dead to me. Sorry for the rant guys but I just had to say something.

he remembered it because he has homosexual tendencies and it turned him on immensely. it has nothing to do with you being funny, because youre not. glad we could clear that up.

End Transmission is the best song on this album. The weakest song on this album, I think, is Cold Hands, but everything else is solid IMO.

How does this album have a better rating than Decemberunderground? That album is decent, this isn't.

A version of Darling without the vocal effects. Sounds great. http://afinewshq.com/2013/07/25/darling-i-want-to-destroy-you-clean-vocals/
