whole album is unexpectedly a huge grower. Actually even considered bumping to a 4, but naah, 3.5 will work.

I think a 3.5 is appropriate, but it's a high 3.5 for sure. This album is absolutely a grower, whereas War Within was a "shrinker" to me. I probably would have rated it a 4.5 or 5 when I first got it but it's now on the low end of a 4 for me.

I guess my understanding of the deeper side of the music is average , maybe that's the reason I will rate this 4/5. Its not a killer album but a very good one.
For me if 5 songs turn out to be good , the album is gr8 !!!
Tracks to Watch out
King Of Nothing
My Demise

This is so generic and cliche! I'm not gonna say it's bad, although I hate the album, but their technique is about the most generic I've ever heard.

Is this really worth getting? I really liked The Art Of Balance and The War Within but nothing else grabbed me, although I've heard from alot of people this is their best...

I highly doubt this is their best, but what do I know, haven't listened to these guys since The War Within.

The War Within was a great album. Threads of Life had a few good tracks, and I haven't even gotten all of this one due to lack of interest.

Definitely liking this right now. Glad to see they're making some sort of a respectable comeback after Threads of Life.

Actually I think Still I Rise is one of the stronger tracks on this album and don't get much out of
Public Execution. It's probably because I prefer melodic stuff and dislike thrash for the most part
but I still feel like (trying to be objective here) Still I Rise is stronger musically (and possibly
lyrically) overall anyway. Just wanted to post a difference of opinion, I know ppl will disagree and
that's ok. Btw why do you guys think Still I Rise is a weaker track? Agree it's not great lyrically
but I think almost all this band's lyrics suck on this album lol. King of Nothing is good though I
agree with that.

Thrashcore is not my favorite genre, but these guys rage with intensity.
