Haha I thought i would be asking an question that no one would see again.
I actually click the "more" link next to "New Posts" to see if there are any discussions that I've missed (since the list is longer on the "more" link). So, generally I'll come back to these even if they're totally off the main page.
it seems like they touched up the old ones and gave them a good polish, makes a nice difference for those too.
I was going to say that, but it had been awhile since I had listened to it and I couldn't remember if it was actually true or not ;)

This album isn't nearly as good as their other one, though. Yeah, anyone looking for Cynic will be pissed off.

So, 7/10 tracks here were transitioned onto the s/t followup... does anyone know exactly what was changed in the follow-up? Two years seems like a long time for three songs, and it's stranger yet (by a good deal) to call such a thing a new album unless there were some significant changes or they want to disown this album. Since it seems like the S/T is mostly a re-record of Above The Buried Cry, it's odd to me that they didn't include the whole thing and wholly obsoletize this version.
