Dangers, Verse, The Hope Conspiracy, Blacklisted, Carpathian, Trap Them. All great modern hardcore.

And most of those are signed to Deathwish. Thank you Jacob Bannon.

^I thought that album was really underwhelming, their new one is fucking solid though, however they changed their style so much I'm not sure its a good rec for along with this sort of stuff.

I mean, it's not bad by any means, it's just very very reminiscent to Every Time I Die's The Big Dirty, and it worried me just a bit, knowing how amazing Heavier Than Heaven... was.

i've always gotten that ETID vibe from blacklisted i'm glad i'm not the only one.

i mean the vocals have always reminded me of ETID's, but in HTH,LTG the songs were more aggressive ands less groove oriented, which made the vocals quickly released and shriller. On NODTBHMTM, its much groovier and drawn out so he has that whiskey-tinged delivery and it gets kinda stale after a while.

I guess. *shrug* I don't have a problem with ETID's vocalist though.

I don't either, but while etid stays a spastic/groove mixture (keeping it fresh), there isn't much of the same to say in regards to this for blacklisted now. that's all I'm try'n'a say.

and this album still rules.

i just think the LP has better lyricism due to its epic story and the guitar licks are ridiculous.
