Its a good review, so will look forward to what you say about the next one. Although I never listened to the second album at all, only heard the singles in passing, and they irked me more than anything.

Thanks Barns. I'm almost done with the next review. "Irked" was a word that did enter my mind when listening to the band's 2nd album. Then I realised that it was too light a word!

Mate, I was there. Couldn't stop yawning for about 95% of the game. The standard was shocking. But there's always entertainment to be had when the score remains close.

I reckon Bucks was going to coach whoever won. Since neither team did, he'll probably give us both the flick.

i don't want him tbh. i can't believe everyone's throwing so much money at an unproven coach who never even won a premiership as a player. he was great, but jeezaloo. he would be good for the roos though, he'd bring a lot of marketing opportunity to the club and let's be honest, collingwood fans would be pissed!

as for the game, yeah quite a shocker! your boys did well to claw back into the contest though.

trivia: i went to primary school with young roo leigh adams

I can't find "jeezaloo" in the dictionary Jim! Haha. Yeah, we need someone like Bucks partially for the reasons you stated.

I can't say we had much opposition to stop us from clawing back into the contest. Vice-versa in the first half.

I wish you could make Leigh Adams run faster. He has the brain & skills of an AFL player, but his lack of pace could prove costly unfortunately.

he's been out for a couple years i believe. maybe he's a bit underdone?

still, he got 20 odd possessions today and he kicked a couple last week, so that's promising

Yeah, he has had a couple of bad injuries which hasn't helped him or the team... But he wasn't fast before them. Unfortunately, it probably stands out more because we don't have a lot of pace full stop. It's Harvey &... ummm, Harvey.

Totally forgot I reviewed this... Yet, 100% recall reviewing the horrid follow-up.

This album gives me mixed feelings, it was the soundtrack to one of the best years of my life, but one song reminds me of a difficult ex... on balance, I still fucking love it.

It's such a chilled-out-summer-evening album.

Oh and I never listened to the Join With Us, I guess I should anyway, even if it is as bad as ratings would suggest..

This album is just pure, unadulterated pop... Which is a good thing in this case.

Adabelle, you have been warned about the follow-up. Get ready to cringe.

Disappointment is the worst emotion I can associate with music, and The Feeling's second album exemplifies it perfectly.

I think I was too busy cringing to be disappointed. But yeah, I know what you mean.
