Aside from Murder Me Rachel, Available, and Lucky You, I don't care for this album.

Can't get into this as much as Boxer and Alligator, but it's still pretty cool. Murder Me Rachel is so good.

@funeral

this a lot more rock-drive album, the album is full of angst, and overall they do a really good job of creating an interesting listen through the course of the album.

this is really really good, i've been jamming it quite a bit lately. going to bump to a 4 I think. 'Cardinal Song', 'Slipping Husband', and 'Available' are three of The National's most stellar tracks.

bumping this up to a 4.5 and also deciding i like it more than Alligator. The untouchable trio of perfect National albums has been breached!
