Yep.

I like both of them alot. The difference is that this was the product largely of one person's vision, while Sgt Pepper was about the vision of 3 different people. So this has the advantage of probably more unity, but Sgt Pepper might have more variety.

Oh, and both are great POP music (within how I would define pop music).

Just started to really dig this again the other day - for me it's one of those albums I can revisit years later and re-discover my love for, which can't be said for a lot of albums. 'I Just Wasn't Made For These Times' is my absolute favorite.
