A surprisingly very good yet underrated album. The melody and mainstream influences here are very obvious, yet the accessibility of each song still manages to keep the listener at bay. Even if it's just one listen, there is surely something that sticks in your mind directly after, and I think the one truly unique thing about this album is the fact that reaches out to more than just one audience, musically.

This is a fun record. But its nothing that special. Heartwork and Necroticism are by far Carcass best records.

Oh, and to the fans of this cd, there is a couple outtakes from this cd on the compilation Wake up and Smell the Carcass. Really fun, too.
