The problem is that people automatically associate the social movement of 'emo' as being directly related to what they perceive as 'emo' music, when it's really just pop-punk dressed up in glam and goth. It undermines the point of the actual genre of emo by calling a bunch of idiots in black makeup emo, when they probably never once even listened to Moss Icon or Saetia or, hell, even Cap'n Jazz.

I don't see this being any better than louder now

hah Of course this thread turned into an emo argument between someone and Reddannihilation. There's always someone who calls TBS emo and Redd is always an asshole so, it was pretty much a given.

This album is really great and I definitely picked up on the "Summer" feel of it. In fact, I wanted to mention in my review that its a "role-down-your-windows" record, as all their music is. My rating would probably sit somewhere between Chan and Strikey.

Like alot a little.

Absolute Punk slammed this album. They ripped Adam Lazzara's vocal delivery too. I actually like his vocals alot.

If you enjoy generic, ephemeral, and fetching albums then yes, it is a 5.

After listening to about half the stream, I've gotta say this is some really generic stuff and far from classic status.

Really not a fan of the band, but if so many people are giving it fives and fours, its worth a torrent.

every staff has their roles in different genres and such. Chan generally has good taste and writes good reviews. I really don't know what your problem is

well I'm not quite that sure if it should be. My point is that these crap albums/bands get attention on this site nowadays, when there's like million albums that these users haven't even heard about.. Pop fucking punk.. I mean, if it's Descendents or Jawbreaker or something, I'm ok with it.. but this Taking back crap.. dear.
