It's a classic summer album for me too. I'm proud of this band. The easy way to cash in was make more of the same old, and by not doing that, they're making quite of a big statement here. Best album since their first one, and I honestly feel that by the end of the summer, it has potential to steal the 1st spot. Best album of the year for me so far.

That's pretty stupid. If it was like some shitty Aiden or Soldier Boy record I would agree. But at least Taking Back Sunday has put out some good stuff.

Emo crying is so annoying. When Adam and John wrote TAYF, they were a bunch of emo kids. It's a great, classic album. But it's a faux-emo album. This album it's alt-rock, as I've seen someone called here, and honestly, just clap and enjoy the fuckin' ride. This is my summer's soundtrack. And I'm sure it isn't just me.

I just don't understand why people can't enjoy albums for what they are. When you'r3 eighteen, you write about angst and love lost in a way an almost thirty years old man ever could. As you grow up, you face new adversties and new problems, and what I see in this album is musical growth in every level. And if all the emos in the world cry for Tell All Your Friends not being re-done, I'm quite sure it will fill a river pretty fast.
