This album is an absolute piece of thrash metal heaven! By the fourth track, my neck was already sore due to the headbanging I engaged in from the previous songs. Originally entitled "Do Not Resuscitate" (later and changed to "I, Infidel" ) the latest from Ritual Carnage is 35 minutes of non stop thrashing, headbanging and violent outbursts!
Judging from the album cover (which I adore) and the track listing, you'd probably have a hard time believing this album is about politics. Please don't fret my friends, for you have nothing to worry about. It's not overly done or thrown down your throat. As a matter of fact, you wouldn't even be able to tell it was about politics unless you read the back of the album booklet. Regardless, you're here for the music. The music on this album is exceptional! With some of the thickest and crunchiest guitar riffs and the double sonic assault of the bass and drums, there is a feeling of euphoria to the highest degree.

"Imprisoned Secret" is a four second spoken word track to get the album going. The song quickly throws you into (one of my favorite songs) "The Perfect Strain". The dueling lead guitars will cut deep into your flesh and you'll like it! Song after song on here is amazing. A relentless attack on your neck and ear drums will have you contemplating whether you should turn the volume down or not. One thing I found interesting is that "Room 101" is a song about George Orwell's novel "1984". It's a damn good tune, but this entire album is concrete. No weak songs, no weak lyrics or music. The guitar solos, the ferocious drumming and bass playing along with the vocals make this a landmark thrash metal album is by far the best thrash I've run across this year!

Headbanging bruises certain sections of your brain. Silly metalheads.
