Yeah they only played one song from The Here And Now (Day In Day Out). I think they've pretty much settled into metalcore now.

They've regressed imo, but, hey, whatever does it for them.

They've always been metalcore and yeah band sucks now. The only reason they probably don't like their earlier material is cause they can't replicate it and that's what their fans want/keep asking for. Next they'll be saying they wanted to go for a more mature sound

Theyve all said that the here and now is just weak in all ways except for one or 2 songs, i dont know their thoughts on not playing Nightmares and Ruin

Shame since Ruin and Nightmares are their best 2 albums.

they probs dont do nightmares because only 2 of them were on it and its a pretty different vocal style to what sam does

They don't do Ruin because they hate it and don't do Nightmares cause it's matts lyrics and a different style. Back in the day they used to play "To The Death" with Sam tho.

Yeah its defintely not awful. I love all the singles off of it and the others are all at least decent. Only awful thing on it is the slow ballady one that Sam says he hates to death

An Open Letter to Myself, or Heartburn I'd imagine...

Heartburn isn't the best, but An Open Letter is incredible. The build up makes it one of the best tracks on the album.

Realistically, THAN is not a bad album by any stretch. I just think it pales as a follow-up to hollow crown, and in comparison to their other works.
