Shot through with a demented sense of humor that would only be more pronounced on Murder Ballads, and choked with the atmosphere of a neon-sign lit dive bar at 3 in the morning as rats scatter across collapsed bodies in the alleyway - some passed out, some soundly sleeping, some dead.
