A powerful (insert here: Wizard/Knight/King/Rebel/Queen) has taken (over/prisoner) of (generic good guy named republic nation/ princess/prince of said generic republic nation). Also, he shoots (fire/lightning/ice/a combination of all three) out of his (hands/eyes/feet/ if you're a risk-taker, his ***)
A young (boy/dog/girl/robot/android) that no one knows about or cares about meets a (failure/exile/criminal with a good heart) who is trying to (redeem himself/ regain his honor/money/both / get laid). The two set out, accompanied by a (robot / two robots / a dog / a robot dog / a dog and a robot), not knowing that the (boy/dog/girl/robot/android) actually is a (latent super-dude who requires absolutely no training / prince/ genius / tool). Along the way, they meet ( another robot / another dog / a combination of a dog and a robot / a combination of a human and any animal, but usually a dog) who also happens to be a great (pilot / killer / pilot-killer / douchebag). They accidentally wind up inside the enemy (base / castle / THAT'S NOT A MOON). As they fight their way out, the (failure/exile/criminal with a good heart) sacrifices himself for the (boy/dog/girl/robot/android) because (of a vendetta / he's retarded / IT'S A SPACE STATION).
Note: if you chose "Criminal with a good heart", they also met another person, who is either the failure or the exile. He will be the guy who dies.
The (boy/dog/girl/robot/android) is very (sad / angry/ turned on ) about the death of his friend. Incidentally, he also happens to be the best (pilot / racer / killing machine) in the (universe / city / street). The remaining band joins up with the local (insurgent force / rebel force / band of douchebags who want their money ) and set out to destroy the thing that is not a moon. Because the (boy/dog/girl/robot/android) is so awesome, the thing that is not a moon is invariably destroyed. The remaining companion gets laid, the (boy/dog/girl/robot/android) gets laid (unless you chose android or robot; sorry, not everyone gets to be happy).
Roll credits and bad (music / dancing / director taking your money).
holy shit that was genius

I'm speechless.
|

I found this to have too many symphonic elements for my liking. Still an above average album though
|
| |
some parts feel a bit obnoxious with the 8+ layers of different tracks playing at the same time and the death metal interludes seem random in the flow
or maybe that was just the part i had listened to

Im not a big fan of symphonic metal in general. I came in expecting something a la Edge of Sanity (cause i had heard people compare both) and well....yeah...

this only sounds like Crimson II if anything, other than that it's nothing at all like EoS
|

I was gonna say that too, this sounds NOTHING like Crimson
