Yeah, the files are just compressed (for convenience) in a package known as a rar or a zip. You use WinRar to open said package and extract the files (songs in this case) to wherever you want.

Ok it's not hard, if you open it with Winrar and tell it to extract to somewhere like your desktop a folder will appear on your desktop with the 2 songs in it, go to itunes click FILE and then ADD FOLDER TO LIBRARY and click the folder you put on said desktop, and it will add it. The reason it's telling you that is because somehow the files after you added them to itunes are not in their original place of extraction, not too difficult!
