hitch hike... it's safe, I swear to God.

as for the album, the fact that there isn't anything to hang your hat on IS a problem. This album rarely has that, minus a few parts such as when an actual percussion rhythm comes in on Blue Lambancy Downward half way in, it all makes sense. Or the string parts in Clelia Walking Home, or all of Symmetrical Arizona.

I found that past Driver efforts had very intelligent composition and songwriting. This one really doesn't. Most of it lacks any sort of direction. I'm all for unconventional song structures, which is why I like Kayo Dot. But a lot of this stuff seems to have NO structure, or very little.

I doubt they'll let me hitch hike either. I really don't see a problem, they say the roads are dangerous, but they're fucking idiots.

I wish I had friends who liked good music, but all of them try to convince me The Devil Wears Prada is good.

what do you mean? I thought everyone had sputnik and that Sputnik was like Big Brother in 1984.
