Oh yeah it's really good. Maybe not as good as this one or Another Way To Shine but still great.

You definitely need to listen to Mother Tongue - Mother Tongue, it's one of the best blues rock records I've heard but ridiculously obscure, check out that average too...

Every one of that band's albums is at least a 4.0, they're something special

Is it just me or is the production on this fairly awful?

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the album's production either. I think they tried to go for a vintage sound but the result here isn't that good.

It's so frustratingly flat, can't make out any of the instruments properly. I'd enjoy it a lot more otherwise

A solid 4.0 at the moment, if the production was better (let's hope for a remaster) and if there was more variation (it's almost an hour long with relentless awesome riffs, could slow down a bit) then it'd be a 4.5. Wonderful World and Mantra are brilliant.

They're definitely the most badass band in the universe though

Agreed dude. You can feel the awesomeness of the album just by looking its cover art. If you haven't checked Another Way To Shine give it a go man.

Oh yeah, On Fire is great too. It has a different singer than the one on here.
