Yeah this is a pretty solid album, still don't think they'd reach Deftones status though
| |
Tracks like Everything and Stalemate show more potential, atmosphere, and finesse than Deftones ever really did until White Pony, or at least until Around the Fur. If they could go from 7 Words to Pink Maggit, I'm sure Bizkit could have done the same if they tried.
| |
Possibly, Significant Other was good too but in a different way to this, so you might be right in saying that if they took their music further in this direction they could've achieved more
| |
Durst isn't nearly as annoying on this record
| |
Crock of shit band. They're heavy...like a limp dick.
| |
@mike: you coming onto every limp bizkit thread now to comment on how shitty they are?
| |
Well, they are
| |
they suck, but you don't need to bump every thread to remind us
| |
me?
| |
Frogstomp Bill, Y'all!!
| |
HATE HATE HATE
| |
Indigo Flow and Leech should've been cut from the album, though aside from those two tracks, the rest aren't really that bad.
| |
I thought only Anal Cunt review got Frogstomp'd.
| |
Everything the goat nu metal jam
| |
MELLOW OUT
Bitch
| |
LB were really onto something with this album and its a shame nobody ever continued the sound.
| |
Is this worth checking forreal forreal?
| |
Rivers, Otto and Wes are on top of their fucking game, and Fred isn't nearly as annoying. It's a nice blend of hardcore, hip-hop and funk. Defs check it. Best tracks are Pollution, Stalemate, Everything and Clunk tbh.
| |
Cool. I'm putting it on now.
| |
Frogstomp is Fred Durst's finest work
