Yeah man, many fail to realize that Cowboys DID NOT get popular until after the initial success of Vulgar. This record
(Vulgar) planted Pantera on the map. You couldn't turn on MTV without seeing the Mouth For War video at the time. This
was the biggest impact album for heavy metal, other than the Black album, in the early nineties......

I enjoyed this more than VDoP but I understand the two needed each other. Without Cowboys laying down the groundwork VDoP never would have happened and if VDoP had never happened, Pantera wouldn't have made the jump from the underground, at least, not with as much ease.
