angel of disease fucking rules but that doesn't really count, that song is from the 80s and should
have been on altars to begin with, it was written before most of these songs and you can clearly
hear the similarities between it and the songs on this album. it's the one song that's on par with
altars material but it's not in any way representative of covenant as a whole, it sticks out like a
sore thumb. and although it definitely is the best track on covenant, the version from abominations of
desolation rules way harder

and i would say every single song on altars is better than every single song on covenant other than
AoD
