Yeah that's a bit of an overstatement. For me at least though, it greatly improves on every aspect of The Bends.

Kid is the autistic one who can do unbelievable stuff but is hard to get on with because for the most part they are an intolerable arse. OK Computer is the one who is the mate for life who does everything better than you but isn't as "gifted" as the autistic one.

Weighing them up this is the better of the two. Hard hitting as fuck at the first listen. Kid A was a bit of a head scratcher off the back of this.
