I finally got around to it, It's so surprising how easily accessible it is when you have the lyrics in front of you, Some songs hit me harder then others but overall I think that was one of the best experiences I have had listening to an album for the first time. I think as of right now the album would be at a line exactly between 4.5 and 5 so about 4.75 but I'm going to listen to it again in about a week to see what I think of it then, It'll probably go up knowing how I've grown into some particular radiohead tracks.

Glad you dug it so much man! This was one of those albums that after I first heard it, I jammed it on repeat for months, and I still find new things to enjoy every time I listen. It really is just great song after great song.
What are your faves after your first listen?

Oh wow, I think both Exit Music and Let Down are awesome also Climbing up the walls, the end is hauntingly great and Id also say No Surprises was seen with a new light when I listened to it in the album, but as you said before there are so many highlights in this album, I still need to get more used to some songs though such as The Tourist. Glad I finally decided to check this out, Kanye West's Dark Twisted Fantasy and this in two days, its been a good two days for music.

Nothing better than discovering a new jam you love!
Yeah, the climax in Exit Music is one of my favourite moments on the album (and I don't say that lightly). I find The Tourist to be incredibly underrated; it features the best solo (imo) of Jonny's career and one of Thom's better vocal performances as well. Keep listening man, its just gets better and better! For instance, Airbag was one of my least faves at first, but now it's up their with my fave Radiohead songs.

I don't even remember it, speaks either to my attention span or the song's memorability
climax of Let Down >

Not sure if I will like this one. "Karma Police" seems okay to me and I know that I am not a big fan of The Bends.

@Lil Karma Police is by far the worst track here imo so definitely check out the rest. It doesn't much resemble the Bends at all.

Damn Rowan you should really jam this more, that climax in Exit Music is one of the best in a career built on great climaxes. And Karma Police fucking rules, yo
Right on Futures, glad you dig. Fave tracks so far?
