Ryus - 'Daydreaming' is slightly better than you're rating, and I actually like 'Hymn' conceptually and it's not a bad tune. It kind of makes every listen of this album into a life stock take.
'Lately' is a little below par but that's it in terms of 'weaknesses' in my eyes. This is superior to 'Mezzanine' for me due to the atmosphere and personal associations I've built up (which is what music listening is all about - objective arguments be damned).
This is purely a more 'enjoyable' album than Mezz I guess, and the best songs are even more bunched together on that album anyway.
Long awaited 5 bump.
