Chief X-Cel is the hero of this album, no matter how good Gab is on here. I find the production on this out of the world.

I think this may be my favorite rap album of all time over Illmatic. "Nowhere Fast" and "Brain Washers" are just amazing songs, and the title track is also mindblowing. I enjoy listening to every track, the wide variety of guest stars adds a lot of flavor to the album yet it doesn't feel to sloppy and half baked. The use of trumpets, electronics, and beats are also very well done. This is without a doubt a must hear rap album.

Hells yeah! This is one of the best hip hop albums of the past ten years. I like some other hip hop albums more, but this is certainly in my top 10.

It's the best rap album I've come across so far by quite a large margin, and one of my favourite albums of all time.

Yeah Blackalicious is pretty good, i've been listening to their stuff for a while. I didn't know Zack had contributed though. Good Review.

I think it's a great CD, but for some reason I get bored with it pretty quickly. That being said, I love Sky Is Falling, Paragraph President, and Chemical Calisthenics.

4,000 Miles is my favorite off of this currently. It's really damn hard to choose, though, it's just so overall excellent.

ok, so this is a great review, don't get me wrong, but that opening cut sequence intro wasn't yours....unless. You wrote the review that was featured on the Barnes and Nobles cd review, because that was the exact same intro.

Haven't heard this, but I'll check it out... and isn't De La Soul east coast? Not west.
