Between you and me, I surrender to you
Forgive me for the sadness
And the bringing of you down
I just needed a lover and I needed a friend
And there you were
Running from forever like all the rest

real talk this album isn't even heavy. It's like baby's first hardcore record, for baby's first breakup lol. Objectively it's a 2/5.

honestly the whole genre of metal was a grower for me. took me a while to get into even metallica

I will never understand this sentiment. Everyone who doesn't listen to metal says this, and it's getting old. It's right up there with "everything but fuckin' country".

what the fuck are you talking about. it took me a while to start enjoying metal, that's all i said. now i listen to metal more than anything else, but i listen to my fair share mix of country as well. i am so confused as to why you said any of that

i'm sorry if you somehow took "awhile" to mean YEARS

considering i get hooked on most music the first time i hear it, yes a week to start getting into a whole genre is relatively extensive

i don't even know what else to say
