Shame about the heroine and such... Coltrane focused on the song 'A Love Supreme' because he thought it was his legacy or something

breathtaking. This feels like he pulled everything interesting and beautiful out of his identity/faith and just condensed it into half an hour.

Finally checked out Coltrane. This is incredible, and to think I thought the jazz in Cowboy Bebop was great.

"the jazz in Cowboy Bebop is great and so is this, what the hell"

I know I still love Cowboy Bebop as one of my favorite shows, and it is hands down best soundtrack to

any movie/tv show/videogame. I was trying to stress how incredible this is.

Space Lion is my favorite track off the Jazz disc for the Bebop soundtrack, though every song is

great.

The ability to have this on vinyl is at my fingertips atm, ugh why am I hesitating. I really don't think I'll regret getting this and Herbie Hancock's Headhunters.

This album is mindblowing. And i'm not even a big jazz fan (i've only listened to ALS, Davis' Bitches Brew, In A Silent Way and A Kind Of Blue).

Great review, pos'd. Just finished listening to this incredible album. Drummer is a monster, Coltrane kills it as always. I refuse to believe they recorded this all in one take.

Reading the liner notes to go along with "Psalm". Mind is blown to bits.
