But weird fishes is a pretty bad choice tbh always imagined that as a breakup song with the visual of a fish following a female fish in a school of fish down a stream with one stream leading to a waterfall that drops down to a hazardous death. the male fish realizes his mistake in following the female fish and goes to the other stream in a crossroad(shaped like a Y) while all the other fish swim and fall to their death. The cycle then continues. The song is about realizing what your becoming is not who you are. About being manipulated.
