Track 1 (I'm not even going to try to spell that off the top of my head) is so fucking amazing that it warrants an album rating of at least a 7. Seriously.

It takes more time to build, but sometimes I think the first track is my favorite of the two.

same here. both songs are perfect, but I especially like the slow build up with the bass+choir coming in on the first track. and then dat riff on 12:49.



track two has probably the better ending though, with that really beautiful bass line noodling away behind the guitar walls.

This is pretty sick. Got a bit confused though because I listened to another of their albums and it sounded more like Ensiferum or something than this. Less black metal I guess.
