The way I see it, BTBAM just really love and try to emulate their influences as much as any other well-loved band on this site. Nothing about Colors or The Great Misdirect strikes me as excessively "wankery".

Yeah, I take it back. The first 9 minutes of "Swim to the Moon" are rather unbearable. It gets really good once it returns to the opening melody, though.
