No, you negged several reviews, both Jom and I saw your votes. It's over now, everybody stop talking about it.

Can't be a 4.5 just from this part of the review:
The album was actually a radical departure for Korn; it experiments with various elements of industrial and nu-metal.

Why don't you like industrial?
|
| |
Its garbage content is quite high.
|
| |
You're too close-minded and anti-nu metal to like it.
|
| |
Album Rating: 1.5
This is probably a 3-3.5 for me. It was okay, kinda boring though.
Digging: Cave In - Jupiter |

You're too close-minded and anti-nu metal to like it. No, Industrial is just flat out littered with terrible bands.
|
| |
Its garbage content is quite high. I agree, I've always tried to like stuff like NIN and Rammstein but I find myself hating it more and more every time I hear it.
Digging: Leviathan - Tentacles of Whorror

I'm anti nu metal and loved this album. It is unique and contains good lyrics; probably what a lot of the kids are thinking about the world these days.
|
| |
Meh, I don't want my lyrics to be overly existential, especially when it's what kids are thinking about...
|
| |
I don't like industrial because it is annoying to me.
NIN bores me, and if I recall correctly, I heard a Ministry song once and turned it off really quick.
|
| |
Ministry is an acquired taste but I'm a huge NIN fan so; naturally if Korn goes industrial I'm all over it.
|
| |
Nice avatar dude. Those guys are cool. yes, I'm not overly fond of the band but the cover art for trample the weak, hurdle the dead is so fucking brutal
|
| |
I don't see the appeal of industrial.
|
| |
yes, I'm not overly fond of the band but the cover art for trample the weak, hurdle the dead is so ****ing brutal I agree. They are quite brutal. Their artwork is dope too.

The atmosphere...loud guitar work...drumming led rhythms....
...I could go on for hours.
btw, I'm a huge Astros fan! Where do you live? I used to live in Katy! This Message Edited On 07.23.07

I'd rather listen to black metal for that sort of thing. I can see why someone would like industrial, I just don't like it personally.
|
| |
Like I said...its an acquired taste.
