I, personally, thought listening to Fused that Guy's high vocals really weren't very good at all. But, then again, listening to Clients, his voice just got so friggin annoying because it never went anywhere and was just this monotone in front of the music.

hmmm

I was always led to believe that it was Gunface that did the highs. Regardless of how solid they were, the production on Fused lent itself for some vocal discretions and the added variety they brought was pretty much essential to it being as great as it is.

In this album I love his normal yelling vocals, you can understand what he is saying, and he growls(goes deeper) at good times. At the end, there are too many breakdowns, or maybe the songs should have been a bit shorter. I think 1-9 are mint, that interlude(instrumental) is really really nice sounding.

There were like 4 breakdowns on the entire album.

Hbp is right, there aren't many breakdowns here at all.

they mixed the good parts of the 2 previous albums together.

but i still don't understand why everyone thinks clients was bad. i actually liked it more than fused together. it was chaotic but i don't really see what made it different from a lot of other releases that were in the same vain.

and even though there was almost no vocal variation at least his voice was unique.

I believe that FTIRD started the Genre for the most part, I mean The technicality of Death Metal, meet's the ADD inflicted Grind parts meets a few Metalcore breakdowns and tempo similarites meets some aspects of free jazz, sounds like an album in a genre all of its own at that point in time.

Fused Together In Revolving Doors. ADD is attention deficit disorder.

I lol'd at pretty much this whole thing. The free jazz thing was especially lolworthy.
